I wholeheartedly believe that change is possible... it would be pretty hard not to when I get to see my clients change their thoughts, behaviors, and day-to-day lives on a regular basis. I know that through the twists and turns of life it can feel like getting stuck in some unhealthy emotional and behavioral patterns is all too common, and moving towards more emotionally healthy thoughts and behaviors can feel overwhelming. However, I truly believe change is embedded in the process of seeking therapy and sharing your life, your challenges, and your successes with another person. It is a true honor and privilege to be that person.
